Have a Go Clear Round Jumping

BHS - Adult Camp

Adult camp is a great time to meet new friends and spend time with your horse whilst receiving expert tuition from qualified instructors. The camaraderie that develops at camp is fantastic and you will be amazed at your progress and achievements.

There are many activities to choose from dressage test practice, pole work to jumping a course, eventer trial.

Trailer Reversing Course

This is a practical course which gives you the opportunity to reverse your trailer in a large open space to build confidence. It moves on to reversing into spaces and reversing around 90 degree corners. It also covers basic hitching and unhitching and legislation can be discussed throughout the day on request.

This course is designed to give you confidence in reversing your trailer and is not designed to get you through the DVLA car and trailer test.

Music Workshop with Gilly & Louise

Following the success of our lecture demonstration on the 15th June, several of you expressed an interest in dressage to music. This workshop is a great opportunity to have a go at dressage to music at whatever level you feel is appropriate. We are offering individual sessions towards unaffiliated or affiliated competitions.

BHS Stage I Stable Management Training

Course Content: Grooming, feeding, saddlery, horse husbandry, the foot and shoeing, anatomy and handling, horse behavior, horse health, grassland care, health and safety aims of the BHS.

Time: Fridays 5th April - 24th May (8 Weeks)

Cost: 100 per person (Payable in advance to G. Wheeler) or 15 per week
